Often on our journeys, we unknowingly carry more than our share of weight e.g, other people, their beliefs, opinions, agendas, motives, etc. Our once perfectly erect backbones become decorated with hairline fractures—sometimes in subtle, still insidious ways. Other times, this happens to the point of a permanently malformed posture. It is only when we choose to release that which doesn’t belong to us, that we can saunter about--becoming again free.
I am releasing that which doesn’t serve me.
